By using Obed Tech’s information technology products or services, or requesting insurance services from Obed Cahua, DBA YawProtect, you agree to these terms and any service-specific agreement provided to you. Obed Tech provides technology services as described in the applicable proposal or agreement. YawProtect provides insurance-related services only within the scope of its authorizations and applicable law. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and approval of the issuing insurer; no coverage is bound or changed unless confirmed by the insurer. Information provided is not a guarantee of coverage or a substitute for reviewing policy documents. You agree to provide accurate information, use services lawfully, protect account credentials, and pay disclosed fees when due. We may update, suspend, or discontinue services as permitted by law and any applicable written agreement. To the extent permitted by law, each party is responsible for its own acts and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot legally be limited.
